1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Robertson Roofing and Exteriors provides residential and commercial roofing and exterior services, including but not limited to:

• Roof inspections
• Roof repairs
• Roof replacements
• Gutter and exterior services

All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on location, weather, or project requirements.

3. Estimates and Quotes

All quotes or estimates provided by Robertson Roofing and Exteriors are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Quotes may change based on updated material costs, site conditions, or changes requested by the customer.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon prior to project start. We accept cash, check, and electronic payments. A deposit may be required before any work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion unless stated otherwise in writing.

Failure to pay in a timely manner may result in additional fees or collection efforts.

5. Scheduling and Delays

While we aim to begin and complete all projects on time, weather conditions, supplier delays, or unforeseen circumstances may impact scheduling. Robertson Roofing and Exteriors will communicate any delays and work to reschedule as soon as possible.

6. Warranties

We stand by our work. Specific warranties for labor and materials will be outlined in your service agreement or contract. Manufacturer warranties may also apply for certain roofing materials.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of nature, improper maintenance, or third-party work.

7. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or service, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee, especially for projects that required pre-purchased materials or special scheduling.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to:

• Provide access to the job site during agreed hours
• Remove or protect personal property near the work area
• Communicate clearly about any concerns or changes

Robertson Roofing and Exteriors is not responsible for damage to unprotected items left near the work area.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robertson Roofing and Exteriors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the services provided.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, graphics, logos, and images—is the property of Robertson Roofing and Exteriors and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Wayne County, NY.
